Ben and his lovely wife, Melissa, live in Springboro. They both grew up in the Dayton area, and they now have three children who keep them young and active. 

Ben graduated from Cedarville University in 2003 with an undergraduate degree in Christian Education and he spent his early years of ministry as a youth pastor. Driven by his passion for music and desire to share the love of Jesus with others, Ben joined the Journey Community Church staff in 2018 as the Worship Arts pastor.  He now serves as the Associate Pastor over Worship and Grow ministries.
